Urban Healing Temple Method (UHTM)
Urban Healing Temple offers affordable, accessible, micro-interventions to support
personal healing and growth. These micro-interventions are called “urban healing
temple method.” UHTM incorporates concepts from historical practices alongside
contemporary research aimed at supporting wellness and healing. Recent scientific
studies have begun examining phenomena mentioned in various traditional healing
systems over millennia, such as DMT biosynthesis. Endogenous DMT levels may be
affected by factors including hypoxia, adaptation to physical or psychological stress,
fasting, exposure to natural environments, rhythmic auditory stimulation, and
neuroendocrine modulation. Urban Healing Temple Method (UHTM) seeks to combine
physical and mental techniques with a focus on practical application and accessibility.
The approach involves structured daily routines typically totaling 45-60 minutes. UHTM
is based on established and emerging scientific models that investigate tryptamine
metabolism, stress reduction, mental resilience, and the potential effects on
endogenous DMT pathways within defined safety limits. The program includes weekly
participation in a “Truth Experiment Experience” led by a certified instructor, available
via Zoom or in person, as well as a monthly Fasting Program. The daily routine consists
of breathwork, gentle exercise, cold exposure, fasting, time spent in nature, integrative
psychological activities, meditative stress management, and reflective journaling.
Advanced methods are presented once participants become proficient in basic
practices. Other services provided upon request. These activities are facilitated through
the Urban Healing Temple Community.
